Clinical Supervision

Lisa provides Clinical supervision to both individual and teams of Occupational Therapists. This can be done face to face or using technology. 

Technology used may include videoconferencing via Skype or Zoom or email.

Lisa’s varied work experience in both rural and Metropolitan areas and in hospital, community and private settings brings an understanding of working in different settings. She has experience delivery Clinical supervision to both individual and teams of OT’s.

Lisa has a warm, supportive approach to supervision using evidence informed principles including:

  • recognising and understanding the perspectives, experience and skills the practitioner brings to supervision
  • setting clear goals and expectations
  • paying close attention to communication
  • having a back up plan for technical difficulties
  • regular review of arrangements to ensure the sessions are meeting the needs of the practitioner
