Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.  Our complaints and grievances procedure describes the process for making a complaint.

Raising children Network

This website provides evidence-based, best-practice parenting and child development information on all aspects of parenting and child development. They have some useful tips sheets and ideas covering a range of topics including toilet training, behaviour, therapy, communication, diet.

CanChild

CanChild’s mission is to maximize the quality of life and participation of children and youth with a variety of developmental conditions, along with their families, through evidence-based clinical and health services research. Their website has lots of great resources and information for service providers, families and teachers to support children with a range of developmental conditions including but not limited to Developmental Coordination Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder 

NDIS

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is the new way of providing support for Australians with disability (and children under 7 years with development delays), their families and carers. The NDIS supports people with disability to build skills and capability so they can participate in the community. This official government website contains information and links on the NDIS, including how to access the NDIS or ECEI (for those under 7 years). Here you can find fact sheets, videos and all other things NDIS.

Amaze

Formerly known as Autism Victoria, Amaze is an excellent website for explaining Autism Spectrum Disorder and services that are available in Victoria, Australia. It also has some excellent resources for parents and teachers. This website also explains how to access and use funding for individuals with an Autism Diagnosis.

Additude magazine

Additude provides information and resources in many forms including fact sheets, blogs, newsletters and webinars for parents of children and adults living with Attention-Deficit Disorder.

Association for children with a disability

ACD is the leading advocacy and information service for families of children with any type of disability living in Victoria. They provide information to help families of children with a disability access the support needed to live a fulfilling life and to uphold their child’s right to reach their full potential. The site also has a great NDIS planning workbook and other information to help navigate NDIS access.

Sue Larkey

Sue Larkey is a Special Educator, Author and presenter who has a special interest and experience in Autism Spectrum Specialist. She has an online shop with some great resources for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and also some excellent tips sheets and training for teachers and parents. 

SOS Approach to feeding

This website is the official website of the SOS (Sequential-Oral-Sensory) Approach to feeding and contains further information regarding the approach and other articles around feeding.

This website offers articles, parent stories, tips and resources to support infants and children and their families with feeding challenges.
